Zebra Receipt paper

Thermal roll paper: Paper that reacts with the heating of the paper. It is thermo-sensitive so it reacts with a thermal type head. It is economical and printing is simple and efficient. The paper has a very fine quality and its printing can be limited because with the passage of time or with the heat it can be erased or dyed all black. It is widely used for receipt printers for store cash registers or point of sale terminals, dataphone terminals or VISA card payment machines.

We supply the labels you want and best fit your printers and industry needs.

Adhesive labels:
Maintain full adhesive power and a clean surface. These labels are designed for harsh environments and resist abrasion. They have powerful adhesive ideal for multiple applications.

Thermal transfer labels:
Intended for industrial environments, they are ideal for long lasting labeling with barcode and variable data printing. The width of the label will adapt to the width of the printhead you or we have available. These are printed on thermal transfer printers from Toshiba, Zebra and others. They need to be accompanied by a ribbon and can be paper or synthetic.

Direct thermal labels:
These are ideal for short term labeling, such as payment receipts. They have the same characteristics as thermal transfer labels, but unlike them, they do not need a ribbon, since their own material resists heat when printing is applied. It is recommended not to expose them to high temperatures, intense light, contact with humidity and liquids. They can be made of thermal paper or synthetic material if required.

Polyester silver labels:
This is the most widely used security material for marking fixed assets in companies. Its behavior and resistance properties are similar to VOID, the only difference is that this material leaves NO evidence when removed. It is ideal for all types of applications where security is a priority.

Polypropylene labels:
They are recommended for refrigerated and frozen products as they are able to withstand years under extreme weather conditions without presenting any problems; they can withstand low and high temperatures, from 28° to 100°. They are made of a very resistant plastic material, excellent presentation and printing quality. It is recommended to print it with ribbon to make the impression indelible.

Vinyl labels:
These are ideal for short-term labeling, such as payment receipts. They have the same characteristics as thermal transfer labels, but unlike them, they do not need ribbon, since their own material resists heat when printing is applied. It is recommended not to expose them to high temperatures, intense light, contact with humidity or liquid. They can be made of thermal paper or synthetic material depending on what you want.

Polyolefin labels:
Perfect for adhering to medical serum packaging and blood bags. They can withstand extreme low temperatures: below -80°. They are approved by the American Red Cross.

Nylon labels:
They are used for garments, to print your brand name or washing instructions, they are also used for vehicle parts; as they are resistant to many washings, time and dust. They are available in various sizes. They can be printed on both sides and are used with ribbon for permanent printing.

Cardboard labels:
They are used on garments, so that the consumer can identify the brand. They are also useful to be placed on supermarket shelves, and come with or without a census to facilitate cutting.

In addition to their corporate use, they can be printed on the back so that the buyer can identify prices, sizes and other specifications. They are used as garment hang tags and can be made of various materials such as coated cardboard, folding carton, recycled cardboard, etc. They can be varnished or laminated to cover the ink.

We provide you with Zebra label ribbons for different printers. They are made of wax and resin materials. In addition, they have a width that adapts to your requirements, resulting in less paper waste.

Wax Ribbon:
They have a very good printing for barcodes. However, they must be taken care of in adverse environments such as outdoors, humidity or extreme temperatures. They are also used for printing adhesive labels, on cardboard or thermal transfer paper.

Wax-resin ribbon:
Zebra label ribbons have excellent print quality. They have a higher resistance to harmful chemicals, friction, temperature variations and humidity. Used for paper, plastic and synthetic adhesive labels.

Resin Ribbon:
Superb print quality and resistance to any type of harmful environment. Used for synthetic, polyester or polypropylene adhesive labels.
